TEAM 4A's
Mohammed Ayoub Wali the Founder President and CEO of 4As Car & Truck Rentals, since initiating it on July 07, 2006. Academically he is Mechanical Engineer specialized in Metallurgical Engineering in 1976 and has did Management Certificate Courses. Since than and up to date alongwith the above obligation he is in Business of Import & Supplies of Building Material, Medical & Surgical Consumables & Engineering Products supplying to Oil, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Water and Sewage Industries, Construction Industries, Hospitals, Governmental Bodies and their Contractors, with the above decades of Business, Finance and Management Experiences he is responsible for Finance and Top Management.
Aadel Ayoub Wali is the Vice-President and Managing Director of 4As Car & Truck Rentals, since initiating it on July 07, 2006. He has Bachelor in Marketing Management from Ryerson University. He has vast experience of Auto Rental/Leasing Business with flagship rental/leasing companies. He has served CITIGROUP INC. in Mississauga as Marketing Analyst for two years, and have also served as Sales / Marketing Specialist with BMO Private Clients Division in Toronto.
Aamer Ayoub Wali is the Operations Manager and Director of 4As Car & Truck Rentals, since initiating it on July 07, 2006. He is responsible for Total Operations of Sales (Insurance and Retails), Receivables, Fleet Inventory Control and complete Fleet Maintenance as well as Co-ordinations. He has rich and vast experience in Auto Rentals with flagship Auto Rental companies in Sales, Operations and Services. He has served Bell Canada for two years as a Sales Representative and served Cervol Air Conditioning for two years in Mississauga as Sales/Customer Services Representative.
Aatef Ayoub Wali is the Credit and Accounts Manager as well as Director of 4As Car & Truck Rentals since initiating it on July 07, 2006. He is responsible for Total Insurance dealings including Invoicing and Retail accounts. He depute Operations Manager and Managing Director as and when required.

Additional Drivers For Vehicles
The only people allowed to drive the vehicle are those who are listed on your insurance policy. There is a limit of 1 additional driver there is a limit of one additional driver per rental, an additional surcharge will be added per day and the amount will vary depending on the car chosen. Drivers must be over the age of 23 and have a class G licence. Anyone who is not listed on the 4A's rental agreement is NOT allowed to drive the vehicle. No changes to the drivers on the rental agreement will be made after the vehicle leaves the rental location. Additional drivers are subject to the same rental terms and conditions in the rental agreement as the primary driver, and are required to provide all the same information.

We are closed during some holidays and open during others, please give us a call to check our holiday business hours.
Vehicle Restrictions
At 4A's we want to be sure you are comfortable in a car that suits your needs and is fit for your travels. Some cars are not advised for those travelling excessive distances and for such trips we will recommend cars fit for travelling long distances.
Mileage Restrictions
All of the exotic, luxury, and some specialty cars have a daily mileage limit of 100 km. There will be a mileage surcharge for additional kilometres. When making a reservation we will be happy to make a package for you which will best fit your needs.
1 Day Rental Conditions
Please make a reservation 24 Hours from pickup time (Except Long Weekends)
Age Restrictions
Minimum Age to Rent is 23. Those driving large passenger vans, exotic, and luxury cars must be 25 years of age or older.
Authorization Process
4A's will authorize your credit card for the rental price together with the amount of your deductible on the vehicle you will be renting.
Major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, and American express offer a Car Rental Loss Damage Waiver Coverage as part of their annual cardholder fees. If you are unsure, call your credit card company and ask them "if you are covered for car rental insurance on your card?". Credit card car rental coverage does not cover you for Accident Benefits, Bodily Injury & Direct Compensation-Property Damage, Third Party liability, if the renter is unable to provide coverage at time of rental there will be a surcharge applied to the Rental Agreement. In most cases, luxury and exotic vehicles with an original retail price of over $65,000 CDN will NOT be covered by the credit card.
Cash Rentals
4A's will accept Cash as payment for the rental once it is returned however a credit card is required to rent.
4A's will accept Debit transactions as payment for the rental once it is returned however a credit card is required to rent.
Minimum Notice Reservation
We cannot guarantee the availability of specific cars models within a 24-48 hour period please call our office to confirm availability of your desired vehicle.
Deposit Requirements
Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club & approved Company Accounts are acceptable forms of deposit. Deposit amounts vary depending on the rental, please contact the 4A's office for exact deposit values.
Driving Area
We allow almost all of our vehicles to be driven out of the Province of Ontario with written consent (Some restrictions do apply for certain cars). Insurance must be supplied by if the rentals are being driven to the USA. The Insurance Act has recently restricted the use of rental cars in the USA so please call us with any questions you may have.
Vehicle Return Hours
We do not normally allow after hours vehicle returns however some acceptations can be made using our key drop boxes.
Gasoline Refueling
4A's asks you to please return the vehicle with the same level of gasoline as when you took the vehicle. The gas level will be printed on your contract and compared when the vehicle is returned. If you return it with less gasoline, we will charge you the difference.
Holding Your Reserved Vehicle
Due to a high demand for our various fleets of cars we can only hold your rental for ONE hour past your scheduled pickup time. Please contact us if you think you will be running late.
International Drivers
International drivers are welcome. We do not accept numerous foreign drivers licences however, International driving permits along with current photo ID and Passport. Copies of all ID will be taken at time of rental.
Late Hours / Charges
Rental hours are used on the 24 hour clock, rentals must be returned on time. Vehicles returned more than one hour past the return time specified on the rental agreement will be subject to a late fee billed hourly for each additional hour.
Management Override
4A's understands that some rental circumstances may conflict with some of our policies. Please contact us to discuss the conditions of your rental and our managers will try their best to make accommodations for your rental.
Payment
Cash, Debit Card, Traveler checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. You will be responsible for any short fall from your insurance company
Roadside Assistance
Many of our vehicles carry roadside assistance from the manufacturer. Please contact us if something goes wrong with a vehicle, however at the bottom of this page there is a list of roadside assistance numbers. In most cases assistance is just a phone call away.
Special Equipment
Child safety seats and GPS systems are available to rent with every vehicle.
Towing
We do not allow for any of our vehicles to tow any trailers or other vehicles.
Seating Information
In the event of an accident coverage will only be given to the legal number of passengers allowed in a car. Please do not have more passengers than seats.
Drivers Licence Check
Photo copies of licenses will be taken at time of rental. We also reserve the right to electronically check a renters driver license for publicly available information such as age.
Rental Extension Rates and Process
If you would like to extend your rental time please just call the office to investigate your options.
Dirt, Odour, and Pet Hair
Please keep our vehicles clean and avoid transporting cats and dogs. If the vehicle comes back with dirt, odour, or pet hair there will be an additional charge for cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle.
Car Colour and Model
We cannot guarantee the availability of the car and colour but will always have something available in the same class you desire. Please contact us to inquire about our availability.

Entry Level Positions
If you're a motivated college student or graduate, 4A's would be glad to add to our already-exceptional team. The ideal applicant will have fresh ideas, a positive attitude, and be motivated to grow with out business!
Management Trainee
This position is catered to those interested in learning our industry and is typically a fast track into a management role. Those selected will provide face to face contact with customers, assist in managing all fleets of cars and trucks; match customer vehicle demand with availability; completing insurance authorizations & extensions, completion of daily paperwork and assist the manger in reaching monthly sales figures.
Customer Service Representative / Rental Sales Agent
This role is built for a sales professional who advises customers of all options, fleets, and extras available from 4A's. Our Sales Agents drive business success and maintain customer support by providing professional service, facilitating rental and return transactions, checking customer records and obtaining required rental documents. This person must be comfortable working directly with customers and assisting with check-in, trip directions and travel tips.
Customer Service Manager
The Manager is responsible for all the day to day operations of a 4A's location, dealing with customer and employee issues, managing and updating daily rental rate quotes and coordinating staff scheduling. Supervises Rental Sales Agents, Trainees, Drivers and/or Service Attendants.
Service Attendant / Cleaning & Maintenance
Some responsibilities for this role include the pick up & drop off of customers throughout the GTA while helping customers with their luggage & personal belongings. Those filling this position will also prepare, wash, vacuum, detail and service vehicles prior to rental.
All Positions Require:
* Post secondary education in business is preferred.
* 2+ years experience in the car rental industry is preferred
* Class "G" Driver's license with a clean driving record - Driver abstract will be required.
* Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail software.
